Hotel Rooms: 5 Rooms have been reserved for Friday, June 19

and 15 rooms are reserved for Saturday, June 20, 2009.

You MUST use this code SMESMEA in order to get the discount room rate of $119 a night.
You will NOT get the SME special rate without the code. Rooms must be booked no later than Friday, May 29, 2009. After that date, the room prices will be $179 a night.

The above rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, licenses and fees. Currently, the state and local tax is 15.225% and Kansas City arena occupancy tax of $1.72, per occupied room, per night in effect at the time of check in.

Parking: Marriott Hotel parking will be validated by the concierge and is free for attendees for the night of the reunion only. If you are staying at the hotel, self parking is $13 a night and Valet is $18 a night.

There is additional parking at the Municipal Auditorium Garage across from The Marriott. This will also be validated for the night of the reunion only. The garage is between Central and Wyandotte and 12th and 13th.

The old lobby of the Muehlebach is across the street from the Municipal Auditorium Garage and next door to the Aladdin Holiday Inn at 1215 Wyandotte.
If you park at the Marriott, or have a room there, you can use the skywalk on level 2 to access the old lobby or you can walk outside to the Wyandotte St. entrance.

There will be signs showing where the reunion is located as well as Meet and Greet hostesses to direct you and answer any questions you might have.

Bob Linebarger is our official photographer and will offer CD's with class picture, candid photos, and a video of Friday nights band jam for a nominal charge TBD.
